Jews Hated Apostle Paul for Exact Reason FALSE Christians LOVE Him
The Apostle Paul truly was a man led by the Holy Spirit who was called to the Gentiles that they would repent of their sins and put their faith in Jesus Christ. For the exact same reason the Jews hated the Apostle Paul the FALSE Christians love the Apostle Paul. See, false Christians love the apostle Paul because he taught faith in Jesus and that if we trust in the Lord JESUS we will be saved. The Christians take that a step farther and say; “Faith means we just believe in Jesus, it is grace through faith so no one can boast…” and THEN the Christians use the words of the Apostle Paul as an excuse that they can continue to sin and not have to live according to the law of Jesus Christ. Now on the flip side of that, the Jews really hate the Apostle Paul, because the Apostle Paul went against their Law and their traditions. The Apostle Paul said things like; “Christ is the end of the Law to all who believe upon Him.” Meaning that no longer do we need to keep the Old Testament Law the way the Jews did. They would accuse the Apostle Paul of not being Torah observant or keeping the 10 Commandments and the Law, they would go around slandering Paul saying; “You teach people not to circumcise their children and you being unclean people into the Temple, you teach people to be unholy and do what is unlawful…” and so the Jews hated Paul because he taught JESUS and sanctification through JESUS and holiness through Jesus and NOT through keeping the Law of Moses, the 10 Commandments and all of those things. Because Paul stood up for the truth of Jesus he was hated by his own people, the Jews, the Pharisees and the Sadducees. And also because the Apostle Paul spoke the truth but with many words hard for people to understand many Christian have taken his words out of context, they have changed the to mean what THEY want them to mean, and they have used the Apostle Paul’s words to justify their sin. We need to make sure we are actually listening to Jesus, and not taking any of the words of the Apostle Paul out of context, and definitely not accusing a brother who truly was called unto the purpose of the Lord. The Jews hated Paul because he was called to the Gentiles, they wanted to kill him. Others thought he was out of his mind. But truth be told, Paul was a man FILLED WIH THE HOLY SPIRIT who was dedicated to his calling by Jesus Christ to go to Gentiles, people like me and people like you. He called people to repent of their sins and to live holy. He called people to follow Jesus with all of their heart. So, don’t be like those Jews who accuse the Apostle Paul and make him out to be a man who was a false apostle, a false prophet. And certainly don’t be like the Christians who use the words of the Apostle Paul to justify their own sin problem in their own sinful churches. Live according to the words of Jesus and according to the Spirit of Truth. May the grace of Jesus be with you.
